IDeal / In action

Locked, with the full history.

Once every required party approves, the version locks. The contract keeps its terms, an integrity hash and the history of who did what, and when.

  • Locks only on unanimous approval
  • An integrity hash on the locked contract
  • A history from first draft to lock

Simplified previews of the IDeal admin console and mobile app. People, deals, amounts and activity are demo data.

In detail

Keep the approved record

The approved version becomes read-only and remains linked to its history. Structured contracts carry an integrity hash, and the archive records the terms and decisions. A visual mark on a PDF is separate from the approval workflow.

  • Read-only approved terms
  • Version and decision history
  • No claim of legal validity in every jurisdiction

Keep messages and documents together

Participants can exchange messages and attach private files inside a deal. The mobile document workspace supports OCR and PDF generation. Local templates are saved on the device and are not synchronized between accounts or devices.

  • Participant-only deal discussion
  • Private attachments with access checks
  • OCR, PDF tools and device-local templates

Private access, with recorded oversight

Accepted participants can access their deal discussion and private attachments. Invited or unrelated users do not gain that access automatically. Dispute evidence requires the parties’ consent, with narrowly authorized, audited policy and administrator reviews.

  • Deal messages stay with accepted participants
  • Private files use authorized, time-limited links
  • Administrative inspection is controlled and audited
