Follow the complete journey: verify your identity, invite the people involved, negotiate a version and keep the approved record.
How it works
From a first draft to a record everyone trusts.
01Mobile app
Create the deal
Give it a title and terms — write them yourself or answer a few questions from the AI assistant — and choose who has to approve.
02Invitations
Invite the parties
Send an invitation link or a QR code. Each party joins with their own account and sees exactly the same version.
03Deal room
Negotiate in versions
A party asks for changes; the creator proposes a new version. Everyone sees what changed and decides again.
04Contract record
Lock the record
When every required party approves, the version locks and the contract is kept with its full history.
In detail
Create and invite
Create a draft manually or use the guided assistant. Invite a known counterparty by username or email, or share an invitation link or QR code. Creating a deal and joining a public invitation require approved identity verification.
The creator manages the draft and invitations
People accept or decline participation
Invitation links can expire or be revoked
Negotiate in versions
A new proposal becomes a numbered version linked to the one before it. The creator submits a concrete set of terms, and the parties review that version. Requests for changes return the agreement to a new drafting round.
Previous terms remain in the history
Only the creator submits a new version
A request for changes includes a reason
Approve the same terms
Only accepted parties whose approval is required can decide on the submitted version. The platform checks that their decision still targets the current version. An agreement locks when every required party approves the same terms.
Decisions are tied to one version
New versions need fresh approvals
Old or draft-version decisions are rejected
Keep the approved record
The approved version becomes read-only and remains linked to its history. Structured contracts carry an integrity hash, and the archive records the terms and decisions. A visual mark on a PDF is separate from the approval workflow.
Read-only approved terms
Version and decision history
No claim of legal validity in every jurisdiction
Cancel with the parties involved
Cancellation of an active multi-party deal is consensual. The creator and every accepted party must request cancellation before the deal becomes cancelled. A request by one participant does not silently end the agreement for everyone.
Every accepted party participates
Cancellation requests are recorded
Approved history remains part of the record
Your next agreement
Your next agreement, clear to everyone involved.
Invite the parties, agree on one version and keep the record — all in one place.
